Your Frequently Asked Questions About The Red Carpet Booth, Answered

When your guests start their walk down the red carpet, they’ll be welcomed by our Red Carpet Booth Host. The host will begin the session once guests are prepared to take photos. After guests have taken their pictures, the host will ask them to enter their email address or phone number to receive a digital copy. At the same time, the printer will print a physical copy for each person present during the session.

We use industry-standard photography equipment: Canon DSLR cameras connected to a Surface Pro with either Breeze, Darkroom Booth, or SnapPic for our photo booth software. As for lighting, we use a mounted studio flash with a beauty dish that perfectly lights your photos and makes them pop! Finally, we utilize the DNP DS620A dye-sub printer, which delivers stunning prints in seconds.

No, props are not included. As a VIP-style experience, The Red Carpet Booth was not designed with props in mind.

However, if you want props, you are also welcome to bring your own, and we’ll make sure they get back to you before we leave.

With a 14-foot wide step-and-repeat backdrop, you can fit a lot of guests in each photo – up to 20 in total.

Keeping in mind the intent of this experience, up to 6 guests at one time will present the right “look”, allowing everyone to feel like true Hollywood A-Listers.


Absolutely! Our printer is incredibly efficient, producing one print for each person pictured seconds after the photo session ends. Additionally, guests have the option to receive a digital copy by providing their phone number or email address at the booth or through one of our Social Sharing Kiosks (a fantastic add-on feature). And don’t worry if you accidentally input the wrong phone number or email – all images will be uploaded to an event gallery on our website within 24 hours after the event ends.


Your Red Carpet Booth Host will arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of operational time for setup. If you need us sooner than that, please let us know when you fill out our Get A Quote form.

Also, to ensure there are no delays and we are able to start on time, please make sure The Red Carpet Booth area is clear of guests and furniture by our expected arrival time.

To secure your date for an amazing experience with The Red Carpet Booth, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the quote request form to check availability.
  2. We’ll review our calendar and respond within one business day (often sooner).
  3. Once you’re satisfied with the details of your bespoke experience, a 50% payment is required to secure the date fully.
