Your Frequently Asked Questions About The 360 Booth, Answered

When your guests enter the 360 Booth area, they’ll be welcomed by our 360 Booth Host. The host will begin the session once they’ve chosen their prop signs and are prepared to make their video on the platform. After guests have filmed and reviewed their video, the host will ask them to enter their email address or phone number to receive their digital video.

We use industry-standard videography equipment: Canon DSLR cameras, iPad Pros, and iPhone Pro Max devices with either TouchPic, SnapPic, Curator, or Gruvy for our 360 booth software. As for lighting, we use a built-in ring light for the camera, plus a 360 degree setup of Astera Tube Lights that perfectly lights your videos and makes them pop!

When you complete your Event Questionnaire, you can select from our vast collection of prop signs. With hundreds to choose from, we’re confident you’ll find a curated collection of signs perfect for your event.

You are also welcome to bring your own, and we’ll make sure they get back to you before we leave.

Our 46″ platform will safely allow up to 4-5 people, with a 1500 point capacity.

For the sake of safety, it is up to the host’s discretion with how many guests are allowed on the platform for each session.


As long as you meet our wi-fi requirements – absolutely! Guests will have the option to receive a digital copy by providing their phone number or email address at the booth or through one of our Social Sharing Kiosks (a fantastic add-on feature). And don’t worry if you accidentally input the wrong phone number or email – all videos will be uploaded to an event gallery on our website within 24 hours after the event ends.


Your 360 Booth Host will arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of operational time for setup. If you need us sooner than that, please let us know when you fill out our Get A Quote form.

Also, to ensure there are no delays and we are able to start on time, please make sure The 360 Booth area is clear of guests and furniture by our expected arrival time.

To secure your date for an amazing experience with The 360 Booth, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the quote request form to check availability.
  2. We’ll review our calendar and respond within one business day (often sooner).
  3. Once you’re satisfied with the details of your bespoke experience, a 50% payment is required to secure the date fully.
