Photo Booth Requirements
- Workspace Width: 10 feet (minimum)
- Workspace Depth: 8 feet (minimum)
- Workspace Height: 10 feet (minimum)
- Prop Table: One 6 foot table, with linen
- Power: One dedicated 120 volts, 15-20 amp circuit, within 15 feet of the Photo Booth workspace area.
- Notes: For indoor events, it is highly recommended to place the backdrop in front of a solid wall. For outdoor events, a canopy/tent with sidewalls is highly recommended.

In simple terms, an Idle Hour temporarily closes the Photo Booth for up to one hour.
It is best utilized for the portions of your event when Photo Booth participation may be minimal, or for preventing possible distractions. Our clients use idle time for dinner, toasts, award ceremonies, and speeches, as well as when they require us to arrive for setup more than one hour prior to the start time of The Photo Booth.


The Photo Booth allows guests to send photos via text and email, but it can become a time-consuming process if everyone in the photo enters their phone number or email address. For larger events, this can add to the wait time for guests in line for The Photo Booth – as well as fewer photos overall.
A Social Sharing Kiosk allows your guests a place to share their photos, while The Photo Booth continues to crank out more awesome photos.
This is the ultimate keepsake from your Photo Booth experience! We supply all the materials – including a beautiful leather-bound photo book designed for 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints – and help your guests complete this awesome memory book, which we will present to you before we leave.
Our Leather Photo Book makes for a unique guestbook option, and is perfect for the coffee table!


Does your event have a special hashtag? Make sure it gets the exposure it deserves with a Custom Prop Sign! And after the event, it is yours to keep!
For weddings, we also offer a Mr. & Mrs. Sign, which will quickly become a very popular prop at the Photo Booth among your guests! And of course, it is yours to keep at the end of the event!
Everyone loves a good Boomerang GIF on social media, so add this feature to The Photo Booth and get ready to laugh out loud!
All Boomerang GIFs can be emailed or texted from the booth, and we will also upload them to your event gallery for you to download.


Your Event Gallery includes the hi-res versions of each photo, plus a digital copy of each strip or print generated. Due to server restrictions, each photo has to be downloaded one by one.
If you add our USB Thumb Drive to your rental order, we’ll send you the full-res version of each photo, a digital copy of each strip or print printed, plus, we usually add in a special surprise. Not only will our USB Thumb Drive save you time, but you will also have an offline backup of all your photos for life.
After your event, we’ll take your photos, add some funky beats, and create an awesome music video montage of your photo booth experience.
Share it to social media and watch the likes and shares go to the moon!

If your selected event venue doesn’t have Wi-Fi, our Photo Booth can’t send out images via email or text until it returns to our office. This means your guests can’t share their photos on social media during your event…
…unless you request us to bring out a Mobile Hotspot! Then The Photo Booth will instantly send emails and texts with all your awesome photos. Now, that’s something everyone can like!
Add an element of privacy to The Photo Booth experience by upgrading to our Lounge Drapery look. We’ve found more guests participate in the Photo Booth when they have seclusion and privacy, and the photos are EVEN CRAZIER than normal, too!
Available in six different colors, our Lounge Drapery upgrade adds a touch of class and looks great anywhere. Overall dimensions are 8′ by 8′ by 8′.


Take your Photo Booth experience literally ANYWHERE by upgrading to our Green Screen Experience. From the night skyline of Seattle, Washington, to standing in front of the Eifel Tower, to trying to escape velociraptors in hot pursuit, the Green Screen Experience adds up to seven different background options to offer your guests.

Want to make your guests feel like Hollywood A-Listers? Upgrade to our Red Carpet VIP Experience and they will get to experience all the thrills of walking the red carpet at a Hollywood movie premiere.
We’ll roll out the red carpet, set up the red velvet ropes and gold stanchions, and help you create a customized step-and-repeat backdrop that will look absolutely stunning in all of your photos.
